1. Securing your booking

1.1 You must sign and return the booking contract within 14 days to secure your booking, failure to do so will release the date.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment in full is due at the start of your event. I accept cash or cheque.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Cancellations outside 30 days of your event entail a cancellation fee of £50.

3.2 Cancellations within 30 days of your event entail a cancellation fee of the full balance.

4. Access To Venue

4.1 I do not work where access is via a staircase unless a suitable lift is available at both the start and finish of the event.

4.2 Suitable parking for a van must be available at the venue.

4.3 I must be able to unload the van at a reasonable distance from the entrance to the venue.

5. Setup / Pack Away Times

5.1 I require upto 2 hours to setup, if this time isn't available the start time may be affected.

5.2 I require upto 1.5 hours to pack away, if this time isn't available the function may need to end early.

6. Electricity At The Venue

6.1 A minimum of 2 independant 13A sockets are required.

6.2 I will not operate from a sound limitter unless it is in monitor mode (this allows the volume to be monitored without tripping the power, a feature on most modern sound limitters). A tripping sound limitter can cause serious damage to equipment. Any damage caused by a sound limitter will be paid for in full.

7. Smoke Machine (optional)

7.1 Use of the smoke machine requires permission in advance from the venue.

7.2 Use of the smoke machine requires isolation of any smoke sensors.

7.3 Use of the smoke machine requires an additional 13A socket.

8. Damages To Equipment

8.1 Any damages to equipment will be paid for in full by those responsible.

8.2 I reserve the right to end the event immediately if I feel me or my equipment is in danger.

9. Licenses

9.1 It is the responsibilty of the venue to have the relevant licenses for entertainment.

10. Generators

10.1 I will not operate from a generator unless it is professionally supplied and provides a suitable level of power.

11. Outdoor Events

11.1 I will not operate outdoors, unless undercover in a marquee.
